Who we are:

The Maine Recruitment Center (MRC) is an easy one-stop resource for healthcare professionals interested in learning about practice opportunities in Maine. The service was started in 1999 to meet the need for a statewide recruitment resource which had been identified by hospitals, rural clinics and community health centers, residency programs, the Maine Office of Primary Care, and the physician community at large.

The MRC is a non profit service of the Maine Hospital Association. Our sole purpose is to match qualified healthcare professionals with jobs throughout the State of Maine. We represent opportunities in over 20 specialties in hospitals, affiliated practices, private practices and community health centers.

What we can do for you:

Our team of professionals are “Mainers’ who know about living and working in Maine. This knowledge helps with the screening and interviewing for proper job matches. The hiring organizations welcome our assistance giving our referrals priority attention.

We work with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified nurse mid-wives. We strive to keep our website up-to-date posting new job openings as we receive them.
