TAMC is the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">largest hospital north of Bangor</span>and offers the only Sleep Lab, Cardiovascular Lab, Radiation Oncology, and Dialysis Center. Although there is ED call coverage, trauma patients are transfered to the tertiary care center. This will be a busy practice after a ramp up period. <strong>Goodall Hospital</strong> is a wonderful 58-bed community hospital located in Sanford, Maine. The hospital has an active medical staff of 65, with a more-than-20 primary care physician referral resource. This hospital offers a comprehensive inpatient program and has access to all necessary medical specialties with referral relationships to metropolitan areas. Goodall Hospital is a Level II trauma center with a 24 hour Emergency Department that sees about 23,000 ER visits a year. Strong elderly services community; includes 176 long term care beds, and growing. The regional population served is 28,000 residents.</p>
