<p><strong>Mayo Regional Hospital</strong> is a non-profit, 25-bed critical access hospital located in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. The Hospital has 22 physicians and 320 staff members dedicated to providing acute medical/surgical care, intensive care, surgical services and obstetrics in an inpatient setting, as well as a wide array of outpatient services to an area slightly above 22,000.</p>

The Emergency Dept. is staffed 24/7 with physicians and trauma patients are transfered to the tertiary care facility in Bangor. A comfortable call schedule is worked out between the surgeons with additional time off provided by locum tenens surgeons.
