Emergency Department Director, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Lewiston, is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to serve as Director of their 29-bed department. Minimum qualifications include board certification in Emergency Medicine,and  leadership experience. The volume is 34,000 annually.  The position is 50% clinical and 50% administrative and comes with an excellent compensation and benefits package. In general the Director will develop and promulgate standards, rules, policies for the department and regularly evaluate these standards for effectiveness and relevance. They provide a full range of programs, including adolescent chemical dependency, eating disorders, inpatient and outpatient counseling, and even safe housing for young people and families in crisis.
