FNP or PA sought for Community Health Center between Maine's mountains and coast!
Requirements:

A rural community health center located in the charming town of Livermore Falls, Maine, seeks a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is the perfect position for someone with experience in family practice and who possess outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills.

This is a large, full scope practice (no OB) that sees an average of 2,000 visits per month. This is an outpatient only practice. Inpatient admissions are handled at Franklin Memorial Hospital in near by Farmington. The hired candidate will be paid a competitive salary plus a list of fringe benefits that include: an incentive/bonus pay plan, four weeks of paid vacation, one week of paid CME time off with a budget for CME expenses, health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, fully paid liability insurance, a budget to pay for incidental professional expenses (such as medical association membership dues, etc.), possibly help with your medical education debt and more!

Nearby Franklin Memorial Hospital is a terrific, 70-bed acute care institution, JCAHO-accredited, and expanding to better serve 40,000 residents in this picturesque area near Maine’s western mountains. With a progressive, 51- member medical staff (including more than 20 primary care providers), FHM is able to provide exemplary service that keeps their patients satisfied.

You’ll find many fun-filled ways to spend your leisure time. You are just minutes from spectacular Sugarloaf Ski Resort, and the challenging Sugarloaf Golf Course. The Rangley Lakes region offer Skiing in the winter at Saddleback Mountain. Or, you might enjoy other winter activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. In the warmer seasons, you can enjoy hiking or biking or backpacking on many nearby trails, or perhaps camping, fishing or hunting. Rangley Lakes area also offers all types of boating, from canoeing and kayaking to sailing, Other activities available in the area include white water rafting, and rock climbing.
