Ellsworth Internal Medicinea well established group is recruiting an Internist to join the practice. You will be working with 5 other Internists and 2 mid-level practitioners in a beautiful 17,000 ft. new office space. The group is employed by Maine Coast Memorial Hospital. This is a general practice, responsibilities include office practice and in-hospital care. You will work 4 days per week. There is a nocturnal Hospitalist Service. One week in 7, you will round on patients, do admissions and discharges, stress testing etc. Tues,Weds,Thurs. One week in 7 you will round on patients on the weekend. Maine Coast Memorial Hospital is fully accredited, 64-bed community hospital serving a population of 21,000. Four brand new, state-of-the-art operating rooms opened recently as a part of a $10.2 million, three story/25,000 square foot expansion project.
